Steve Borys flies up to 4 or 5 times a month and is in charge of teams of crew members when flying. The job is demanding as Steve has a diverse range of responsibilities and is literally on call 24/7. Business interests outside flying also vie for Steve’s time. Lately Steve had put on weight and found himself exhausted outside of flying. Advice, nutritional recommendations helped Steve tweak his flying schedule for better results.
