"I recently returned from a trip to Oslo and found myself very disorientated. When the feeling hadn't shifted after 24 hours, I asked for Chris's advise regarding the problem. He explained to me that my body clock had been thrown out because of the extended exposure to daylight (it wasn't getting dark until midnight and was light again at 3 am, at that time). He also explained the workings of the body in relation to the earth.
He advised that I ground and rehydrate myself. It wouldn't have been a cure for jet lag that I would have considered previously, but it worked for me. After twenty minutes I felt much more focused and was able to follow my schedule for the working day effortlessly. It was a great relief to have been given a solution that not only did I benefit from immediately but that didn't involve sleeping pills or any other unnatural substances.
